This rice cake is made from Kyushu's "Hiyoku rice" grown in the Chikushi Plain and other areas, kneaded with carefully selected water, and then coated with kinako (soybean powder) made from rare soybeans (Tamahomare). Please enjoy it with a drizzle of brown sugar syrup.
